Caidal tents

The Tunisian format par excellence for a group dinner, set up by the sea, in a palm grove or in a courtyard.

Private historic venues

The El Jem amphitheatre, medina palaces, restored fondouks and museums: settings that carry the event.

Long lantern-lit table laid out on desert carpets

How we work

Four stages, always the same, whatever the size of the operation.

  1. 01

    Brief and scoping

Participant numbers, dates, budget, purpose of the trip and internal constraints. Nothing starts before that frame is clear.

  2. 02

    Design and costing

Detailed proposal, reasoned alternatives, a line by line budget and a site inspection when the operation calls for it.

  3. 03

    Delivery on the ground

A team present from the first to the last flight, supplier coordination and a documented plan B for every sensitive sequence.

  4. 04

    Debrief and closing

Operational review, invoicing in line with the approved budget and lessons recorded for the next edition.

Our international markets

We work with agencies and tour operators from ten markets. Each has its own expectations around catering, transport, guides and pace: programmes are adjusted accordingly, not merely translated.

  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Brazil
  • China
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand

Catering

Diets, meal times and table habits vary from one market to the next. Menus are set accordingly.

Transport

Vehicle capacity, acceptable journey times and the pace of each leg are calibrated per group.

Guides

French, English, German and Italian routinely available. Other languages with notice.

Accommodation

From seaside four star hotels to medina guesthouses, according to the expected standard.

Operating from a market not on this list? The setup adapts, just tell us what your clients expect.
